Venue Pricing and What's Included
Pricing
At Blue City Event Center, we've got pricing options that make planning simple and straightforward. Explore our pricing to find the best fit for your occassion.
Rates:
Weekday and Weekends: $100 per hour
Summer Promotional Event Rate for a limited time
Book by 7/31/25!
$360 for 4 hours or $640 for 8 hours
Payment Terms:
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee (applied to your total rental fee) is required at the time of booking to secure your special day.
An additional refundable cleaning fee of $100 is required for damages and incidentals. Once venue has been inspected after the event and all end of event requirements have been met, the refundable cleaning fee will be refunded.
Final payment is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy: 50% retainer fee is non-refundable.
